Before starting her career in the financial sector Monika worked as a Data Analyst for large IT projects for a number of years. Having always had a great interest in the property market, in her spare time she’s been attending various property investment seminars and events and gained all the necessary knowledge in that field to start investing herself. This led to buying her first rental property in 2007 and a few more since then. She specializes in the HMO strategy.
